Coordination with villages in the context of developing Beautiful Villages (Desa Cinta Statistik) was carried out by a team from the Trenggalek Regency BPS. There are 4 villages that were selected for coaching, namely the village of Malas, kec. Durenan, Dawuhan village, sub-district. Trenggalek, Sumberbening village, sub-district. Dongko and Slawe village kec. Watulimo.

The Beautiful Village Program designed by BPS generally aims to:

1. Increase literacy, awareness and active role of village/kelurahan officials and the community in organizing statistical activities

2. Standardization of statistical data management to maintain the quality and comparability of statistical indicators

3. Optimizing the use and utilization of statistical data so that development programs in villages/kelurahan are on target

4. Establish statistical agents at the village/kelurahan level

The Beautiful Village Program in 2022 specifically aims to increase the capacity of villages/kelurahan in identifying data needs and the potential of villages in order to support poverty alleviation.
