Data Needs Survey Results for the Third Quarter of 2024

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) for the third quarter of 2024 has been completed. This survey produces several indicators, including IKK, IKM, IPKP and IPAK.

This Consumer Satisfaction Index (CCI) measures the level of PST consumer satisfaction with the services provided. An index value above 90 indicates that service performance at PST BPS Trenggalek Regency is in the very good category.

The Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) of BPS Trenggalek Regency in the third quarter of 2024 were classified as very good with an index value of 100. IPKP measures how much consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS Trenggalek Regency. Meanwhile, IPAK describes consumer perceptions of anti-corruption behavior in services at PST BPS Trenggalek Regency.
