Abstract

  • The export value of East Java Province in March 2022 reached USD 2.17 billion, an increase of 17.00 percent compared to February 2022. This value compared to March 2021 increased by 8.12 percent.
  • Non-oil and gas exports in March 2022 reached USD 2.09 billion, an increase of 18.27 percent compared to February 2022. This value compared to March 2021 increased by 13.56 percent.
  • Oil and gas exports in March 2022 reached USD 77.09 million, down 9.28 percent compared to February 2022. This value decreased by 52.99 percent compared to March 2021.
  • The import value of East Java Province in March 2022 reached USD 3.05 billion, an increase of 30.95 percent compared to February 2022. This value compared to March 2021 increased by 29.54 percent.
  • Non-oil and gas imports in March 2022 reached USD 2.24 billion, an increase of 30.92 percent compared to February 2022. This value compared to March 2021 increased by 27.25 percent.
  • Oil and gas imports in March 2022 reached USD 0.81 billion, an increase of 31.02 percent compared to February 2022. This value increased by 36.36 percent compared to March 2021.
  • East Java's trade balance during March 2022 experienced a deficit of USD 884.29 million. This deficit was caused by the difference in trade value in the oil and gas sector of USD 731.88 million, as well as in the non-oil and gas sector which experienced a trade deficit of USD 152.40 million.
