Abstract
• Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP) in East Java in March 2020
decreased 1.64 percent from 103.16 to 101.47. The decline in FTT is due to the
price index received by farmers (IT) has decreased, while the price index paid
by farmers (IB) has increased.
• In March 2020, four agricultural subsectors experienced a
decline in FTT and one subsector experienced an increase. The subsector that
experienced the largest decline in FTT occurred in the Food Crop subsector by
2.73 percent from 105.45 to 102.57, followed by the Horticulture sub-sector by
1.43 percent from 104.94 to 103.44, the People's Plantation Plant subsector by
0.88 percent from 98.45 to 97.58, and the Fisheries subsector by 0.77 percent
from 98.27 to 97.51. While the subsector that experienced an increase in FTT
was the Livestock subsector by 0.59 percent from 99.21 to 99.79.
